POLICY
Cancellation Policy
We value everyone's time, from our families to our staff. Therefore, we kindly ask that if you need to cancel your appointment, please do so by 10 AM on the morning of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of $20. Thank you for your understanding!
Late Policy
Each appointment is a 30-minute appointment but we do understand that there are unexpected circumstances that may make families late. We do allow a 10-minute grace period on your appointments, so if you find yourself running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your child.
No Show
Any family unable to be serviced due to a no or late arrival will incur a $20 no-show fee. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
