Kiddy Kutz Policy
Appointments Only Policy - 

This is why we require you to Make an Appointment.

Whether your child loves getting haircuts or not, having the shop to themselves helps them feel at ease and they can actually enjoy the moment. Because of this, we only take appointments. 

Respecting other parents' time, their children's experience, and our employees' work is our utmost priority.

Lateness Policy - Therefore, being late to an appointment 10 minutes or more will require you to reschedule and you will be asked to return on a later date and time.

 
No Show No Call Policy - No show and late policy (more then 10 minutes late) 
1st time .. it’s on us we understand things come up... 
2nd time: 50% of service due on next appointment, 
3rd time: 100% of service due on your next appointment, anytime after that...we appreciate your business but will not be able to hold an appointment for you but your more then welcome to come in as a walk in and if we have an opening we will be more then happy to service you. 

All of our families time is valuable to us, and hope you understand.

Detangling Policy - Please be sure to detangle your child's hair before coming in for your appointment. If we initially determine your child's hair needs major detangling (more than our 30 minute service will allow), we may ask you to reschedule or charge a detangling fee of a minimum $30 or more depending on service time and severity.
